Tong Bei Quan is one of a very old style of martial arts, widely known in English as Through Back Fist or Through Arm Fist. The key idea of Tong Bei Quan is to extend our arms through our back and link them together to use them as a powerful weapon. Shaolin Tong Bei Quan combines the characteristics of Shaolin such as the use of explosive power; solid stance work and kick work to the traditional style Tong Bei Quan; a very interesting and powerful combination.
