About the Course

Having strong, firm yet flexible and agile legs are essential for good kung fu training. But how can you train to get all the qualities given that they are the opposite virtues? To attain strong and firm legs we need to work on our kung fu stances, to attain flexible and agile legs we need to work on our kung fu stretching.

That is why Shifu Yan Xin designed the Kung Fu Leg stretching courses to help you start to build the initial foundations for a flexible and agile leg that can later help you with kicks, jumps, stances and defence movements.

This is the first set of micro course in the Kung Fu Leg Stretching series. In this course Shifu Yan Xin takes you through in detail 6 fundamental stretches for the legs. He will explain in detail the correct way to stretch and how you can get the most benefit out of the stretches. The course ends with a Training | workout Session where Shifu Yan Xin takes you through a 15 minutes training sessions to consolidate the stretches. 


Who is the course suitable for:

This is the first set of leg stretching course for you to get started with, it is a good starting point for any kung fu beginners.

It will also be suitable for more advanced kung fu practitioners to train as a routine to keep your leg foundation work strong.
