Shaolin Foundation Stances

Stance training is one of the most important training in kung fu, it is the very core foundation to everything in kung fu. Strong kung fu comes from strong foundations.

In this Shaolin Foundation Stances course Master Yan Xin will share with us his unique insightof Shaolin Foundation Stances training from his lifetime of training and teaching of kung fu. Master Yan Xin will share with us his secret to solid stance training, you will not just follow the movements; he will take you step-by-step from:

  • Learning and understanding the stances
  • How to do the stances like a true kung fu warrior (a lot of emphasis is placed on precision of the stances postures)
  • Understanding the application of the stances
  • Training the Stances using Master Yan Xin’s unique method (incorporating the key characteristics of traditional Shaolin Temple training with Master Yan Xin’s own training system to bring out the best kung fu warrior in you)


Once completed this course you will be ready to take on further kung fu training such as  Shaolin Staff Foundation, Lian Huan Quan, Tong Bei Quan, Yin Shou Gun and beyond.
