About the Course

In this 5 Days Workout Programme, Master Yan Xin uses ancient Shaolin kung fu principles combined with his modern day personal training experience taking you through day-by-day, a full body kung fu workout programme that works on every single part of your body.

Not only you will be building a good fitness foundation for kung fu training by working on your agility, flexibility, stamina, coordination, speed and strength, you will also be nourishing you mind and spirit through the breathing (Qi Gong) exercises, the deep kung fu stretches and meditation.

By following this programme on a weekly basis you will have the confidence knowing that you are laying down the basic fitness foundations for kung fu training as well as empowering your everyday lives with boosted energy.

Who is the course suitable for: 

This course is suitable for all levels and abilities. You don’t need to have prior kung fu knowledge or training.
