We run daily live classes for our members, this classes take part live via zoom, they are done interactive face-to-face with our trainers, so you get motivated at the same time get the chances to have your movement corrected.
You also have the option to switch off your camera if you wish not to be seen by our instructors.
If you cannot make it to the live class for any reason, you have access to the replays to catch up in your own time.
