Six Healing Sounds
  • Liu Zi Jue is an ancient Chinese qi gong, that combines breathing exercises of six different sounds, namely “Chui,” “Hu,” “Xi,” “He,” “Xu,” and “Si" with mind control (Dao Yin), as well as slow and gentle physical movement to promote mind–body health, strengthen internal organs and to extend lifespan.

  • As with other Chinese Qigong, Liu Zi Jue has drawn on the essence of Taoism, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Buddhism.

About Liu Zi Jue (Six Healing Sounds):

Liu Zi Jue is an ancient Chinese Qi Gong Breathing Technique based on Chinese philosophy of Taosim, Traditional Chinese Medicine & Buddhism, dating back to the Northern and Southern Dynasties of China(Year 420 - 589).

This is a simple yet powerful qi gong breathing technique that has been practiced in China for over 1000 years, that is believed  to cure illnesses , strengthen your organs and extend your life span

How?

 Release. Transform. Generate

In Chinese philosophy, it is believed that if you don't release the buildup of negative 'qi' or energy (i.e. negative feelings and emotions such as stress and anxiety) then this energy accumulates in your organs, result in  damage to your internal organs.

Each sound in the Six Healing Sounds (Liu Zi Jue), works on releasing and transforming the negative 'qi' energy in your internal organ to positive 'qi' energy.

One can practice these Qi Gong sounds either individually (depending on your current, physical and  emotional needs) or all the Six sounds in the cycle of generation from the Chinese principle of 'Wu Xing' (namely, Five Elements):

The Cycle of Generation:

  • Wood generates Fire
  • Fire Generated Earth
  • Earth Generates Metal
  • Metal generates Water
  • Water Generated Wood

An Overview of the Six Healing Sounds:

1. Sound " Xu" to  Strengthen  Liver (Wood | Spring)

Transform the negative emotion of Anger &  jealousy to  Kindness & Forgiveness .

2. Sound " He" to  Strengthen Heart (Fire | Summer)

Transform the negative emotion of Restlessness, Hatred,   & Arrogance to Joy, Compassion & Gratitude & Respect.

3. Sound "Hu" to strengthen Spleen (Earth | Late Summer)

Transform the negative emotion of  Worry, Anxiety, low self-esteem  to  Openness, Fairness and Self-Trust.

4. Sound "Si" to strengthen Lungs (Metal | Autumn)

5. Sound "Chui"  Strengthen Kidney (Water | Winter)

6. Sound "Xi" to regulate Triple Warmer.

In Chinese Philosophy, The Triple Warmer is your 'internal system' that regulates the coordination of the above  organs, allowing it to work in harmony and balance.

In Chinese it is called 'San Jiao', interpreted to english to mean the 'three burning activities' or the 'triple Burner'.

When your Triple Burner is working in harmony, it allow the smooth flow of all the positive energies (Qi) activated by the practice of the Six Healing sounds, to go around your whole body, nourishing your vital organs , leading to Health and Longevity.
