Celebrating 10 years of KungFu.Life - A new Cycle - Returning to Simplicity

2025 is a very special year for KungFu.Life, we will be 10 years old on the 15 January 2025!


To celebrate this very special time, we have put together this very special program for our members to set you up for a fulfilling 2025. 


We feel over the past 10 years, life has gradually got really complicated, life got really busy, there is so much noise and distractions out there pulling us in different directions and often we feel overwhelmed, drained and lost. As a result our happiness and fulfillment levels have also somewhat decreased. 


So this year's program is about embracing the Chinese Philosophy of 大道至简 and 返璞归真, where we embrace the philosophy of 'Simplicity & Returning to our true Heart'. 

So we invite you to joins us for a weekend to explore these ancient wisdom's together with some Shaolin Kung Fu, Qi Gong & Meditation, to unlock our hearts and set our intentions for 2025, so that we can prepare ourselves to be on a fulfilling and happy path for 2025! 

Day 1: Tea Chat & The Chinese Philosophy of - 大道至简

This year's program will start with a Welcome Tea Chat, where we will share the concept of the Chinese Philosophy of 大道至简 and how we can apply it through kung fu training as well as in our daily lives, to make life more simple, meaningful & fulfilling.

Then Shifu Yan Xin will take you through a kung fu stretch & a meditation to get you ready for the retreat weekend.

The theme of this session is all about 'Letting Go'.

In this session Shifu Yan Xin will lead you through a series of Qi Gong, Kung Fu and mediation practices, together with reflections and journaling methods, reviewing our past year and to dive deeper into the Chinese Wisdom of 'Letting Go to Receive'.

Today is all about connecting to our hearts. After letting go of some of the unnecessary burdens from the previous session, we will explore using Qi Gong movements and heart meditations to access our true self.

11 Days Kung Fu Workout Challenge - Creating Energy & Discipline for your Year

Your journey continues on after the retreat weekend: To celebrate the 10 year anniversary of KungFu.Life, each day one of our KungFu.Life trainers will take you through an annual workout from the past 10 years. Including 2025, we have 11 New Year's workouts in total!

During these 11 days, we will also review our 2025 intentions set during the retreat weekend, together with mindful movement and energetic workouts. We hope that you can start your 2025 with solid grounding, creating energy and building habits of discipline for your year ahead.

As a KungFu.Life All-Access member, you get to join your other fellow warriors to train Live Fact-to-Face with Shifu Yan Xin and our other instructors every WEEK at the comfort of your own home, no travelling needed !). It is like doing a class in a local club connecting with other students and get the chance to have Shifu to guide you and correct your movements. 


If you are unable to make the live training at the scheduled live time you can catch up with the training by following the replay of the session.
